CREW intent

We are all crew at St Georges. There are no passengers. As citizens of St Georges, we contribute to the life of the school and share ideas in our weekly meetings. Our Crew groups are mini-communities within the school that allow our voice to be heard. By contributing to these discussions, we are doing all the good we can to serve our wider school community. We are all offered a chance to share our views and opinions and these are taken into consideration. Our Senior Leaders and teachers respond to our feedback and use our ideas in their decision-making. 

Our weekly meetings are led by our Year 6 pupils and class members from each year attend to discuss current affairs, make important decisions and give our feedback to the leaders.
