We are no longer able to authorise requests for holidays during term time.  However, if you feel your child needs to be absent from school under exceptional circumstances we ask you to fill in the form below and return it to the school.  It is possible to authorise certain types of absence, such as sporting fixtures.

Please note however that completion of the form does not mean your absence will automatically be authorised.
